There is no such right under common law unless the delivered product did not conform to your agreement and you did not discover it upon delivery, there was fraud, or the contract specifically allowed you a certain time to cancel the agreement. However, some statutes allow consumers to cancel contracts during a cooling off period. In Mississippi, there is such a right regarding mobile home sales and sales made by people who approach you at your home. In such cases, you usually have a very short time to cancel (maybe 3 days).
