Legal Question in Business Law in Mississippi
For a novel I'm writing set in Massachusetts, can you tell me whether that state has a law similar to the one in California prohibiting a singer's manager from also acting as the performer's booking agent? Thanks.

I know of no such law. California has such a law because so many performers are based there.
