Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Mississippi
Bankruptcy and unsecured debt
I have acquired a large balance of unsecured debt due to marital problems, illness, and job loss. I can pay my mortgage, car loans, etc..., but I cannot pay for it and my unsecured debt. What are my options? Is there a way to handle my situation, without losing my home?

Re: Bankruptcy and unsecured debt
You should consult a bankruptcy attoney right away. Bankruptcy is a good option for preserving your home in some instances.
You may also want to talk to a Consumer Credit Counseling Service.
