testing for alchol when going to court
my grandson was brought before a local judge on a charge of playing his music too loud. when he came before the judge, his eyes were bloodshot due to an eye infection(he was being treated for this and was taking medication) the judge made him take a test which of course was negative. my question is can you legally be tested for no other reason than your eyes were red?

Yes. Coming to court with bloodshot eyes in a youth is fair enough indicator of intoxication for a judge to order a test on the spot.
