Is it illegal to start a adult business in Ms. such as a adult website or starting a adult magazine in the state ? Also is it illegal to make and produce adult videos in the state of Ms.?

I think such a prohibition would violate the first amendment of the constitution. I know of no law that facially prohibits the types of business ventures you are interested in.
