Overtime
Can an employer denie you overtime,but let all other employees work overtime.

Yes, so long as them denying you overtime is not (a) contrary to any written contract you may have, or (b) discrimination against you because of your race, gender, religion, or national origin. Otherwise, different employees have different deals. In fact, in my office, there are some employees who can work overtime and others who do not. This is the nature of an employment-at-will state of law which is utilized in Mississippi.
