Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Mississippi

My son was in jail in February on felony charges. He bonded out . Then in April he got arrested again on felony. Charges. He has been in jail for almost a year and still hasn't.had an arraignment. In the state of Ms. What is the law on that?

First he needs an attorney. Second, no bond can be given if an individual is out on a felony charge and is arrested for another felony. Finally, it is possible he has waived his arraignment or did not understand it. Get him an attorney immediately I know myself and others offer free initial consultations
