Legal Question in Construction Law in Mississippi
I purchased a new doublewide mobile home in 2000. After approx one year I noticed the popcorn from the ceilings were falling in some area's. I called the manufacture and they sent someone out to spray the area's. After approx, 6 months I notice the area's sprayed and more area's had started to fall. I called and explained and they sent them back out and resprayed the affected area's. I then in about 4 or 5 month's noticed it was not adhering and the center beam in the living room was breaking away from ceiling. Called again and they sent a company out to respray all ceilings except closet's and they caulked the center beam. My ceiling have since been cracking, the popcorn continues to fall and now have noticed BLACK MOLD has formed in all of my interior walls where the home was put together. Do I have a legal litagation or is this my problem now? PLEASE help me.

You may have a claim against the seller of the mobile home, the manufacturer, and the remediator, among potentially others. You may have an insurance claim if you carry homeowners insurance. Be careful breathing black mold, because it is poisoness.
