bancruptcy and divorce

once i file bancruptcy on a house i was given in the divorce and my ex husband is financially responsible for it...can he make me pay him back for what he pays on it?? after all this is why i filed ..i could not keep up with evrything

l take it that your house was foreclosed during your bankruptcy. Unless your ex-partner is alleging fraud, filing of bankruptcy discharged you from any debt arising from the foreclosure on the house.
