Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Mississippi

Car repo

I got behind on my payments due to some unforseen circumstances and my car was repoed. The company said i had 10 days to get my car back. I can't come up with the amount of money they are asking that quick or i would have been making the payments all a long. Is that a realistic or legal time fram.

Whether or not the timeframe offered is realistic, I cannot answer. However, the time frame may come from your contract w/ the company. Alternatively, the car company may have just been nice, allowing you another opportunity to make good on the notes, notwithstanding your breach of contract.
