My vehicle was repossessed. Do i still have to pay for it? can they garnish my wages if i dont pay for it?

When a vehicle is repossessed the lender will sell the vehicle to the highest bidder. You will owe the difference between the total loan amount plus collection/recovery charges minus the amount paid by the successful buyer. The lender is able to garnish wages once a judgment is obtained through the Courts.
