How much time you get for accesory to kidnapping

If the jury decides the punishment to be "life in prison" then the sentence will be "life". Otherwise, if the jury cannot unanimously decide that the punishment should be "life" then the Court will establish the sentence and that will be anywhere between one (1) year to thirty (30) years in the custody of the state prison system.
