arm robbery
If an individual committ or took part in a robbery and had never been in any kind of trouble before is it a law to consider first time offenders.

No. While the Court will be aware this is a first time offender, the law requires incarceration for armed robbery convictions. A competent defense attorney may be able to arrange a sentence which does not include actual incarceration.
