Legal Question in Criminal Law in Mississippi
If you are arrested for a felony but not charged with it does it show up on a background check? I live in Mississippi.

Yes the arrest will show up. If you were not charged, you can have the arrest expunged. I suggest you seek counsel to remove this from appearing on background checks
