Legal Question in Criminal Law in Mississippi
I was arrested for Felony Domestic Assault. The judge placed a no contact order while on Bond. The grand jury return a NO BILL. What happens next?

Get a lawyer and see if they are going to pursue the charge as a misdemeanor. Otherwise get the bond released and an order expunging the arrest.
