Legal Question in Criminal Law in Mississippi
I have atempted armed robbery(completed in 2006) and cocaine sale (completed 2010). I would like to know when can I have the attempted armed robbery expunged from my record & when can I get the cocaine sale expunged from my record.

NEVER ON THE ATTEMPTED ROBBERY CHARGE AND NEVER FOR THE SALE CHARGE. IF THE SALE CHARGE WAS REDUCED TO SIMPLE POSSESSION IT CAN BE EXPUNGED IN 5 YEARS PROVIDED YOU HAVE NO OTHER EXPUNGEMENTS PREVIOUS TO THAT APPLICATION. A PERSON CAN ONLY EXPUNGE ONE CONVICTION IN A LIFETIME.
