Legal Question in Criminal Law in Mississippi
My car was reported stolen. The car was parked when the police found it and used a screwdriver to get into my car. They will not give me my car back. They claim after they broke into my car with the screwdriver claims drugs was inside. What should I do.

I strongly suggest you retain counsel. It sounds as though you are being charged with a crime. At a minimum they may be attempting to seize the vehicle. Seek counsel NOW
