Legal Question in Criminal Law in Mississippi
Case Search RE: Loss of Benefit of Concurrent Sentences
I am searching for a pre-1990 case that discusses the loss of benefit of concurrent sentences.
The details are, to the best of my memory, as follows: Possibly due to the amount of time already served.
Perhaps within the context of a retrial or appeal.
A reduction in charges may have been present, possibly from murder to manslaughter.
Thank you for your assistance!
