Legal Question in Criminal Law in Mississippi

I was caught several years ago for simple possession, then again a few days ago, wasn't around anything or anyone, just me driving in my car again. Will I do jail time? Even though it was only 2grams and my pipe?

PROBABLY NOT UNLESS YOU KEEP USING DRUGS. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE FOR 6 MONTHS FOR EACH OFFENSE THOUGH - UNLESS YOU HIRE A GOOD ATTORNEY TO HELP YOU IN THESE MATTERS.
