Can I be charged with meth without testing substance?
MBN came with a warrant they never let me see it until after I was put in a cell. They refused to let my attorney or anyone else be there while they searched. 2 bags of suspected meth residue were taken. I asked to be drug tested they refused. Head of MBN choked me while handcuffed in front of 2 others I'm female about 125lbs. They came for a lab. Can they refuse for anyone to be present during search, choke someone handcuffed, charge you without testing, not showing you warrant? The last 2-3 yrs MBN has been having problems with their agents bringing stuff and there case's being dropped. One agent took a pistol out of my purse and didnt list it.
What should I do?
