ONE IS A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE AND THE OTHER IS PARAPHANALIA. YOU CANNOT BE CHARGED WITH BOTH ARISING OUT OF THE SAME INCIDENT BUT YOU CAN BE GIVEN A CHARGE FOR BOTH ON SEPARATE DATES.
