Legal Question in Criminal Law in Mississippi

I was convicted of a 1st offense DUI, expired tag, and impoper equitment in Hattiesburg, Ms. I was sentenced to 6 months probation, $1300, was to attend MSAP and VIP classes, and my DL suspended for 6 months. I did not attended my classes, pay my fines, and i skipped out on my probation. This occured in February 2009. Now i have a probation vilation warrant. I want to get this some how fixed and get my DL back. I do not want to spend any time in jail, I have a 2 year old daughter that i have to take care of. PLEASE HELP!!!!! What do i need to do?

Contact a DUI specialist Attorney. I suggest you search the Internet for one in the Hattiesburg area or on the Gulf Coast until you find one who has many years of experience addressing DUI charges and the like. You should be prepared to enroll in MASEP immediately and you should expect to pay some fines for Contempt of Court for failing to honor the Court's Order to the effect that you complete the requirements of the Court earlier.
