Credit Card Fraud
Credit card fraud case...Accused and Credit Card Company make and agreement and Credit Card Company agrees not to pursue criminal charges...Can 1 business where the card was used file charges against the accused?

You should contact your District Attorney. Call any courthouse in your city/county and they will give you that number.
