Re: criminal
A Guilty Plea can be withdrawn in certain circumstances. You should contact your attorney to find out the reasons you may use to withdraw a plea. You cannot merely withdraw a plea because you are scared of the consequences, but one may withdraw a plea on the basis they desire to go to trial prior to sentencing (and sometimes afterward depending on circumstances). Competent counsel will be able to provide the advice you need. You should recognize that there will be additional fees involved in the effort to withdraw the plea, usually above and over the fees paid or quoted for trial work or for the entry of the plea and plea negotiations.
