Legal Question in Criminal Law in Mississippi

My son has been sitting in the COUNTY DETENTION CENTER , for 3 mths. No one can tell me or my daughter anything, as to why he is there. they just say they don't know. But, they are getting a Grand Jury together, for him next month, How can I get an Pro Bono attorney or free legal assistance HE NEEDS HELP IMMEDIATLEY! I Can not tell you if its criminal or a revocation (drugs). please help

Ask the County Sheriff's office and ask them to allow your son to call you collect. Alternatively, contact the county public defenders offices. In Harrison County, the public defender is Glenn Rishel who can be contacted at P O Box 1183, Long Beach, MS.
