Legal Question in Criminal Law in Mississippi

I have a daughter in 4th grade. She was constantly

coming home with candy and treats.i didn't say anything at first but it was getting to happen more and more.one day she came home an hour late,that's when i learned he took my kid to his house WITHOUT my premission. Not only that he has also been taking her to the store oher goodies.i contacted the principal and didn't get far,contacted school board and all they did was swept it under the rug.i made a police report on it. I dont understand how he is STILL driving a school bus,what can you sue the school? School board? What wouls you recomend? Thanks

There is not enough information here to decide whether a suit is proper. You certainly need to follow up iwth the police if you belive your daughter was harmed
