exspongement of a conviction

Conviction - conspiracy to distribute marijauana 11-17-94

pled 10 years mdoc suspended 5 years probation

probation was successfully completed.

white male - is a successfull mechanic and has

remained at the same job over ten years.

Ho can I get this mans record exsponged and his rights returned to own firearms etc.?

What must be done to accomplish this.?

It'll be up to the judge that sentenced him. You'll need a lawyer to handle it though.
