False Charge
Charged with felony poss. of meth paid 15,000 bond come back from lab not being a controlled substance. How can I go about getting the bond money back on false charge?

Assuming you are not charged with manufacturing or sale of a counterfeit substance (which is also illegal), once the case is presented to the Grand Jury IF a NO TRUE BILL is rendered and IF the DA does not present the charge to other subsequent Grand Jury Panels, then one day your Attorney will be able to request the return of a Cash Bond. If, however, you hired a bonding company to secure your release you will not obtain any refund of the premium and will not obtain a refund of a Cash Bond since YOU did not post the bond, the bonding company did.
