Legal Question in Criminal Law in Mississippi
My father was picked up by bounty agents for
failure to appear on a date we were unaware of. Made first court date, was bound over to grand jury and told he would b notified when to come back. Never heard anything, Was Not Served. Now we can't even bond him out and they aren't giving us any info. What do we do? Please help, he is my grandmother's caretaker and she is on oxygen and can't leave the house.

HE NEEDS TO CONTACT COUNSEL TO FILE A MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT OF BOND UNDER THOSE CIRCUMSTANCES AND IT SHOULD BE GRANTED
