Legal Question in Criminal Law in Mississippi

My fianc� is incarcerated and asked if I could find a form for him to file for fast and speedy trial. Is there such a form? There is no attorney involved. Also a is there a simple form for me to file for power of attorney for his banking issues? Free!!
