Legal Question in Criminal Law in Mississippi
Fraud
We tried to buy a motorcycle online. We sent them the money and they will not send the bike. We have keep all the emails they sent us and what we have sent them. In the paper work they sent they said that if we did not recieve the shipping number if 2 days that we get an immediately full refund. And now we can not get them to answer our emails. I have tried to look up their address to see if they have a phone number They number for the address they gave us is to a lawyers office.
