Legal Question in Criminal Law in Mississippi
I have a friend who went to jail in 2002, sentenced to 15 years for 3 offenses of possession of controlled substance with intent. He has bee a perfect inmate but has not money and no attorney. i want to help but cannot afford an attorney. Are there templates of motions to alter sentence or modify and if so where can i get one and where would i send it....he is in mississippi.

YOU CANNOT ASSIST AS TO BE DOING SO WOULD CONSTITUTE THE ILLEGAL PRACTICE OF LAW WITHOUT A LICENSE. REGARDLESS ONCE THE SENTENCE IS FINAL IT CANNOT BE REDUCED AS THERE IS NO JURISDICTION OF THE COURT TO DO SO.
