Legal Question in Criminal Law in Mississippi

My girlfriend is in prision in the state of Mississippi. When she gets out she is to go to a restitution center to pay off $5000.00 in restitution. She has been in prision for over a year and has since become sick with diabetes and has to take injections of insulin. She has also began to take medication to treat depression ( the meds have a sedative effect ) On top of all this she has had both legs broken when she was a young girl and has metal screws in both thigh bones to splice them together. I don't know what kind of work they expect her to do. I don't think she needs to be scrubing floors at Taco Bell. I think she could be disabled now since being ordered to pay restitution. What doe's the law say about having restitution waived in a case like this? THANK YOU for your help.

MOST LIKELY SHE WILL BE ASSIGNED A DESK JOB BUT WILL BE REQUIRED TO GO TO THE RESTITUTION CENTER UNLESS FAMILY PAYS THE RESTITUTION IN THE MEANTIME.
