grand jury indictment
14 months ago got drunk was out of town found two purses in a gas station bathroom, two days later caught with purses in my vehcile in hometown was charged with having stolen property went to court 1st offence. now the other town is charging me with automobile burgarly which i did not do i was indicted by grand jury on detective statement no evidence except for having purses can they convict me with no more evidence then this?

yes. if they have evidence (statement, witness, photograph, fingerprints, or otherwise) that you were in possession of a vehicle which was stolen, you can be convicted.
