grand larceny felony

How can i get felony reduced to misdemeanor. I am charged with

destroying pictures that are now

decribed as priceleless. How do you plan on getting $ value on pictures.

Pictures can be restored. All of the parts are in police hands. I was finally unable to control my rage and anger at the manager of Chateau Legrand in Biloxi. We paid $685 to stay. We picked the place because it had a hot tub. Hot Tub not working. Manager promised it wld be working Monday, Tuesday,Wed. thurs. Every day another excuse. It was becoming clear that the manager was not going to do her job. Every day with ever excuse my anger and rage increased. Finally I took action to relieve my rage and anger. I never did anything like this before. I felt so helpless. I acted out like a child. I am in treatment for depression, acute anxiety,obsessive compulisive behavior,kleptomania, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.

You need someone with the influence and the reputation to convince the District Attorney to allow you to dispose of the case via a misdemeanor disposition, rather than a felony. A competent and reputable criminal defense attorney is needed at this time. You should immediately seek out competent and reputable criminal defense counsel, or you probably have little chance of obtaining the relief you state that you desire.
