if i am a habitual offender MS, 97-3-35;99-19-81, and filed an appeal because i fill i didn't have a fair trail because of were the crime happen do you think i have a chance of having my time reduced?

Only if you have the assistance of competent legal counsel. Otherwise you are probably wasting your time. The Courts seem to look for reasons to deny the appeals of pro se Appellants so that others do not follow their example.
