Legal Question in Criminal Law in Mississippi
Hidden video cams
Isn't it against the law to secretly spy on someone in their household, when the cams were found in the bedroom of a 16 yr. old and in the ceiling of 1 (and only) bathroom and what kind of evidence do I need to present this in court for reasons for divorce and spousal support?

Re: Hidden video cams
Have a private investigator or other witness observe the cameras or any recordings of the cameras. Finger prints on the equipment may be relevant. Also, consider confronting the perpetrator with a tape recorder and/or in front of witnesses.
