Idenity theft
Someone has been useing my license number I have been arrested because of it. I changed my number like the DMV told me to do.He continued useing my old number and got a DUI all this is on my record. What should I do.

You could not be convicted of someone else's DUI with them using only your license number. The prosecution would have to establish identity. If they have your old driver's license and were convicted, then they must look exactly like your photograph. Thus, it should be easy for the police to target a suspect.

If there has been a mistake on your driver's license record, you will have to go through the Hwy Patrol's Driver Improvement Branch in Jackson to get it corrected.
