ilegal serch no rights read

vehicle was in ditch went back to get it out,tag was gone but was not proper tag left and when i came back the police were waiting for me on private property arrested me for improper tag suspened licence 7.9 grams of coccaine .i was thowen out of the car never read my rights and commented to me in the car that i was being charged for possion of coccane.i was locked in the car with leg and hane cuffs, i5

Rights need not be read unless (1) you are in custody, and (2) you are being questioned. As for the rest of it, you need to hire an attorney to represent you. If you can't afford an attorney, you need to petition the court for a court-appointed attorney.
