important question

can u withdraw a written statment that u gave to the police if u didnt know it was gone be used against you. they said they were gone help but they used it for another charge against me

The answer to your inquiry depends on whether or not you were properly advised of your rights prior to making the Statement. If so, it can be used. If not, the Prosecutor may or may not be able to use it depending on the quality of the legal defense provided to the person writing the statement.
