Indictment
If your charged with a crime and 1 1/2 year goes by before your indicted were any of your constitutional rights violated?
Is a legitimate excuse for taking so long in being indicted is because the harrison county which is the county where gulfport ms is in didn't have a public defenders office at the time legal?
