What does innocent until proven guilty clearly mean? By what accounts can a judge or jury find you guilty on in any type of criminal law?

Re: Innocent or Guilty
In criminal procedure it means the prosecution has the burden of proof and the defendant must not be restrained without probable cause. Substantively, the defendant is to be found not guilty unless proof beyond a reasonable doublt establishes guilt of the charged offenses.

Re: Innocent or Guilty
Innocent until proven guilty means that the law presumes you to be innocent at all times until a jury finds that you are guilty of the crime(s) charged. I don't understand the second part of your query.
