Legal Question in Criminal Law in Mississippi
''An innocent man''
My father has been in jail over 300 days, his lawyer has been paid, and she has only went to one court hearing. she hasn't bothered to talk to anybody, and she say's she won't do her job until we pay more. She hasn't did her job in the first place, is this legal? Does my father have to sit in jail because she won't get off her rear end and help him or his family?
