ABSOLUTELY! PROVIDED THE JUVENILE IS 12 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER HE CAN BE CONVICTED AND SENT TO PRISON. IN THE LATE 1980'S BUBBA MAY, A 12 YEAR OLD IN LINCOLN COUNTY, HELD UP A FIREWORKS STAND FOR A FEW BUCKS AND GOT SENT TO PARCHMAN AS A RESULT.
