what legal action does a 15year old female have against 18year old male being pregant

If the 18 year old is more than 36 months older than the mother (15 yr old) then it is a felony and the Mother then can have the 18 year old arrested and put in prison. If not then the mother can make the father of the child pay medical costs and support.
