Legal Question in Criminal Law in Mississippi
I took out a loan from a loan company for a friend and she agreed orally to repay the loan by making monthly payments; however, she has yet to make two monthly payments, can I take her to court? I also have two text messages by her stating she will repay the loan.

Depending on the amount you can take her to wither justice court or county court. As for proof.. an oral contract is WEAK.
