Legal Question in Criminal Law in Mississippi
mmississippi law; my son and a friend were arrested on a felony drug charge, she has bonded out, he is still in jail. can they have any contact before the trial? i really really hope not.

Unless she is a convicted felon already for some other reason or charge, she can visit with him in the jail facility subject to the jail rules concerning visitation times, etc.
There is no prohibition but in all practicality he probably would elect simply to call her on the telephone by convincing her to purchase "calling card" time and thereby facilitating telephonic visits.
