Legal Question in Criminal Law in Mississippi

MY mom got arrested two years ago for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute a firearm and child endangerment. and they were arrested and my mom bail was set at 85,000 and we paid and got her out.and it's February and in March it will make the two year statute of limitation for what she was being charged with. but she got a call today in February that she was indicted in her bond went her bond went up to 120,000. What should we do my mom is innocent I'm 17years old and need help
