Does everything in the motion of discovery have to be correct to present a case
i have been charged with armed robbery but i did not rob anyone and in the motion of discovery they have me described wrong and my attorney said that it would not help case.

The State must prove its case against you beyond a reasonable doubt. Whether or not the error in your description is important is just part of the picture. There are many other facts that go into proving armed robbery. No one can advise you over the internet on one fact. If you are unhappy with your lawyer, hire another.
