Legal Question in Criminal Law in Mississippi
needing a lawyer
I was on AG diversion in TN. cleaeres that and my record is clean but something came up in MS and the police got my records but can they use that against me now even though its over?

Arguably they cannot use it. With some crimes the Mississippi Prosecutors tend to ignore the non-adjudication procedure and try to use the prior event against the defendant. Contact an experienced reputable criminal defense Attorney at once for assistance.
